As a managing associate in the commercial team, I advise on a range of commercial agreements with a particular focus on IP/IT and technology. My clients range from technology start-ups to large multi-nationals. Wherever a client is on their business journey, whether engaging customers, suppliers or others, I help them understand their relationships and ensure their rights are suitably protected by reviewing, drafting and/or negotiating relevant contractual documentation. I strive to give clients not just clear legal advice, but advice with real commercial value.
