I am a licensing executive in the residential estates team valued for my efficiency, good humour and desire to exceed expectations on every transaction.
I joined Cripps in September 2023 after over 20 years’ experience in the property sector, both regionally and in Central London. My current role is acting principally for our landlord clients on all aspects of their residential asset management including their licensing requirements.

- Assisting with various post completion matters in leasehold enfranchisement claims including deeds of substituted security and the grant of 999 year leases
