Our business apprenticeships are designed to help you enhance your knowledge and build a range of skills to support the start of your career within our business support functions.

You will be based in our Tunbridge Wells office, working alongside leading lawyers and other business professionals across the firm. Gaining valuable business experience and learning new skills throughout your apprenticeship, you will work four days a week and spend one day studying.

Each programme is delivered in conjunction with a respected educational establishment. On successful completion of the apprenticeship, you will have gained business experience and an industry recognised qualification.

Frequently asked questions

You will be given a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package. The cost of the business apprenticeship programme will be covered by the firm through the Apprenticeship Levy.
Our business apprentices receive on-the-job training and time off to study in order to achieve industry-recognised qualifications. You will be assigned a supervisor who will work with you on a daily basis, allocating you tasks and providing you with regular feedback and training. Our people team will support you throughout your apprenticeship journey, from your application submission, through to qualification. You will also be paired with a ‘buddy’, who will usually be a current apprentice. They will help you navigate your first few months at Cripps.
