I’m a partner specialising in professional negligence and group action litigation. My particular expertise is within the financial services sector.

With over 20 years’ experience, I am a tenacious and specialist litigator using my expert knowledge and experience to drive beneficial outcomes for clients in challenging circumstances.

I advise my clients on the most appropriate strategy to maximize the prospects of a successful recovery, if necessary, using the court process but, if possible, using less adversarial forms of dispute resolution.

Acting for a successful UK company in a claim against accountants and tax advisors for negligent advice relating to a remuneration trust tax mitigation scheme.

Acting for ultra high net worth client in an action against their previous accountants for negligent advice relating to an offshore trust.

Acting for client against their IFA for negligent advice to transfer out of a final salary pension scheme into a high risk investment portfolio held in a self-invested personal pension.

Representing a group of claimants bringing a multimillion pound action against their solicitors for alleged negligent advice relating to a failed high risk property investment scheme.

Acting for a group of 87 clients in a claim against a mini-bond provider for the misselling of a mini-bond.

Acted for a private client in bringing an action against accountants and tax advisers for negligent advice to invest in a bio fuel factory tax mitigation scheme.
