My role is to facilitate clients achieving their real estate objectives and to be part of their inner team.

I enjoy the daily challenges my role brings and will always go the extra mile. I seek to get to the heart of the problem quickly rather than get side-tracked on non-core issues. By listening carefully I am able to give sound, client-focused commercial advice.

I have over 20 years’ experience as a real estate solicitor and lead the real estate development team at Cripps.

My expertise span commercial real estate, residential development, renewable energy projects, PRS and property finance, acting for developers, occupiers and banks.

My areas of expertise mirrors my clients interests and focuses including commercial real estate, development and renewable energy projects.

My clients include Solai Holdings, Terance Butler Holdings Group, AGR Renewables and Handelsbanken and Pluto Finance.

How we made a difference

Working with the Cripps’ build to rent team lead by Sarah Ferguson and Glenn Miller was genuinely a great experience.
