My experience

Advised pension fund on obtaining possession of a large commercial site for redevelopment as residential scheme, including multiple court claims to oppose lease renewals.

Advised a property investor to oppose an attempt by its tenant of a substantial office block to operate a conditional break option.

Advised developer client on a Mayfair property, involving multimillion pound enfranchisement claims, on extensive lease breaches by tenant and opposing enforcement action by landlord.

Advising pension fund on successful recovery of c. £850,000 of rent arrears from the guarantor of an insolvent retail tenant.
