I am a solicitor in our specialist Disputes team at Cripps, where I have worked since 2018. My practice focuses on contentious trusts and probate matters, including will validity disputes and claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975. I advise private clients on the full spectrum of contentious estate matters, providing clear and empathetic guidance through often sensitive issues.
In addition, I act on professional negligence claims, with a particular focus on class actions involving failed property investments. Clients value my responsive approach and ability to understand the broader context of their disputes, helping them navigate complex legal challenges with clarity and confidence.
