I am an associate in the contentious trusts and probate, and professional negligence team, having qualified through the solicitor apprenticeship route. My practice focuses on advising individuals, executors, trustees, and professionals on disputes involving wills, estates, trusts, and professional standards.

My apprenticeship background means I bring extensive hands‑on experience, practical insight and early exposure to complex disputes. I am particularly experienced in claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975, challenges to the validity of wills, and disputes arising from negligent professional advice – often involving solicitors and financial advisors.

I aim to provide clear, pragmatic guidance and solutions that balance legal risk with sensitivity to personal dynamics inherent in probate and professional negligence disputes.

Areas of expertise:

  • High-value 1975 Act claims
  • Will validity challenges (capacity, undue influence, fraud)
  • Removal of executors and trustees
  • Complex group action claims in failed property investment schemes

Qualifications and memberships

  • Admitted as a solicitor in September 2025
  • First Class LLB Hons Law Degree
