I have over 20 years’ experience (both in the City and regionally) advising developers, investors, banks, and landowners on all aspects of commercial investment, and residential and commercial development.

Through acting over the years for pension funds and other investors along with developers, I have particular experience in investment projects with a development angle, including the acquisition and redevelopment/refurbishment of light industrial estates, retail parks, brownfield land and quarries. In recent years I have acted for:

• A local authority on the acquisition, refurbishment/redevelopment and sale of a retail park;
• A fund on the acquisition of a retail scheme;
• Commercial developers on the acquisition and redevelopment of light industrial estates, with development for care homes, hospitality and light industrial use;
• Commercial developer on the acquisition of quarries for redevelopment for logistical and data centre use;
• Landowners on options, overage arrangements and sales of agricultural land for development;
• A major transport hub on its redevelopment/refurbishment, including agreements for lease for new retail and hospitality tenants
