I’m a specialist employment and data protection lawyer with more than 22 years’ experience, advising businesses and individuals on the full range of workplace issues.
I work across both contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including TUPE (and insolvency-related transfers), unfair dismissal and discrimination claims. I support employers through Employment Tribunal proceedings, as well as working day-to-day with HR teams to manage risk, resolve issues early and keep things on track.
Alongside my employment work, I advise on data protection, helping organisations handle employee data in a way that’s practical, compliant and proportionate.
I have particular experience supporting clients in the automotive, construction, food manufacture and leisure sectors.
I also deliver in-house training, giving clients the confidence to deal with issues before they escalate. I provide regular employment law updates to in-house counsel through Vlogs, webinars and live sessions in association with LexisNexis and Flex Legal. I am a regular speaker at The Motor Ombudsman’s Annual Automotive Business and Law Event.
I’m fluent in Portuguese, I have good knowledge of Spanish and basic knowledge of French.
