My experience

Acting for a serviced offices/flexible working provider in site acquisitions, preparing standard site documents and asset management matters across the portfolio.

Advising a local authority in connection with the disposal of a development site to a national housebuilder including use of building lease structure and overage.

Dealing with the phased acquisition of 228 freehold and leasehold affordable housing dwellings via a development agreement.

How we made a difference
