As the senior people manager my key focus is to develop and implement our people initiatives to achieve the firm’s people strategy and business objectives.
With over 10 years’ experience, I am now responsible for the operational delivery of our people strategy, as well as the effective management of our people.
I directly manage the people team through the people manager and the talent development team through the talent development manager; achieving both strategic and business objectives.
I also advise on a wide range of complex employment and people matters, providing practical support to both partners and managers.
I work closely with our leadership team, partners and senior managers across the firm, contributing towards organisational development and future success of the firm.
