Sarah Porter

I am the post completion team leader (senior associate) and am valued for my technical expertise and operational leadership and have over 40 years’ experience within the legal industry.

I lead Cripps’ post completion team ensuring that property and commercial transactions are fully completed and registered efficiently following completion.

I have extensive experience dealing with a broad range of post-completion matters, from routine registrations through to complex title issues, Land Registry requisitions and SDLT related matters.  I works closely with colleagues across the firm to resolve technical registration challenges and ensure clients’ interests are protected throughout the post completion process.

As team leader, I focus on delivering excellent client service, developing team expertise and driving continuous improvement in systems and processes.  My practical, solutions-focused approach and detailed understanding of Land Registry requirements enable me to successfully manage even the most complex registration matters.

Outside of my day to day role, I am passionate about developing efficient ways of working and helping teams adapt to changing technology and industry requirements.
