I’m a senior associate in the real estate team and specialise in residential development and strategic land matters.

I advise developers, housebuilders, promoters and landowners on the acquisition and disposal of development land and on the agreements needed to bring sites forward for development, including promotion agreements, option agreements and conditional contracts. I also advise on the wide range of property and title issues that arise throughout the development process.
