I’m an associate in the corporate transactional team. Dual-qualified in France and the UK, I advise on domestic and cross-border corporate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and restructurings.
Fluent in both English and French, I bridge legal and cultural gaps in Anglo-French transactions.
I advise clients throughout the M&A process – from structuring and due diligence to negotiating and drafting transaction documents. In addition to transactional work, I provide guidance on a broad range of general corporate matters, including corporate governance, shareholder agreements, and group reorganisations.
My experience also includes acquisition and project financing, gained at a UK law firm in Paris where I worked on complex financing and credit transactions.
