With over six years’ experience in probate, my role involves helping clients to navigate their way through the complexities and challenges of the administration of their loved ones’ estates.
From helping at the outset with the practicalities, through to preparing inheritance tax papers, obtaining a grant of probate or letters of administration, collection of assets, payment of debts and legacies, producing estate accounts and arranging final distribution to beneficiaries, I steer clients through the entire process, helping them to meet any challenges along the way.
Administering an estate can bring many challenges and I aim to steer clients through these by offering both practical and legal advice to help bring the matter to a conclusion as swiftly as possible.
