I am the executive assistant to the senior partner.
My career started in a small regional firm as a junior legal secretary which gave me some great on the job experience to take to London, which is where my next role took me at a medium sized law firm in the West End. After that I worked for two different media companies as a personal assistant to senior executives.
I joined Cripps in 2006 and after an initial period working in the commercial real estate division, I then became PA to the senior partner, which is a role I have maintained for two further senior partners including the current incumbent.
I work closely with the Senior Partner to ensure his office runs as smoothly and productively as possible. This includes liaising with colleagues at all levels across the firm and some of the firm’s most important clients. Having been at the firm for many years, I have an in-depth understanding of the office of the senior partner which enables me to play a key supporting role within the senior management team. My role is diverse and interesting and every day is different, which I very much enjoy.
