Board engagement – getting your board on-board
We are partnering with LexisNexis and Flex Legal for an upcoming Senior Counsel virtual session.
With increasing corporate regulation, it has never been more important for Boards to be aware of the legal regulatory environment and their director duties, but engaging Boards in such topics can be challenging, especially with many competing demands for their attention.
This session will delve in to Board effectiveness and the in-house counsel’s role in making sure that law and regulation does not slip to the back of the agenda.
