Cripps partner with Wine Garden of England
Cripps is delighted to announce it is once again sponsoring the Wine Garden of England (WGE) and supporting its annual Summer Celebration.
This year’s Summer Celebration takes place on the 10 June at Balfour Winery, bringing together seven of Kent’s best wine producers to celebrate English wine. Guests are invited to sample wine from each of the producers, and attend a masterclass led by the Master of Wine from Kent, Clive Barlow.
Commenting on the partnership, managing partner elect James Beatton said:
“Kent is home to many exceptional wine producers, some of whom we are privileged to work with. Wine Garden of England does a great job supporting the growth of the wine industry in the region, and we are thrilled to again be supporting its Summer Celebration.”
Cripps’ team of legal experts work with many of the UK’s leading vineyards and wineries, advising them on matters ranging from purchasing and developing land, to refinancing and succession planning.
Jo Smith, brand manager at Wine Garden of England, added:
“We are delighted to be working with Cripps again for our events in 2023. It is so important to share thoughts and ideas with a law firm that is so close to the wine production scene in Kent. We look forward to a fruitful partnership!”
Wine Garden of England is a collaboration of eight Kent wine producers; Balfour. Biddenden, Chapel Down, Domaine & Evremond, Gusbourne, Simpsons, Squirryes and Westwell. It encourages visitors to the estates and works to grow wine tourism in the region.
Tickets to the festival are available now and can be purchased online.
