Cripps has advised Essendi (formerly AccorInvest) on the successful sale of seven UK hotels

The transaction, which completed at the end of August 2025, involved the sale of four hotels to Travelodge and three hotels to Fairview. The deal brought together expertise from Cripps’ Commercial Real Estate and Corporate teams, reflecting the firm’s strength in handling complex, multi-party transactions in the hotels sector that require seamless collaboration across practice areas.

The Cripps team advising Essendi was led by Sandeep Bains, Ed Fowler and Amrit Virdee in commercial real estate, alongside Hayley West, Victoria Symons and Francesca Harrison in corporate and Sarah Glocker in employment.
