Topic: Private equity in matrimonial finance cases
Marc specialises in matrimonial finance and financial remedy proceedings, including claims under Schedule 1 of the Children Act 1989.
Gwynfor Evans, Barrister
Topic: TLATA claims and intervener cases: Avoiding common errors
Gwynfor’s work covers everything from financial remedies (MCA 1973 and CA 1989 Schedule 1) and trusts of land (TLATA) to inheritance disputes – often with complex or international angles.
