NQ Associate, Construction

Our nationally recognised real estate group makes up 50% of our client business and covers the full spectrum of property law. As a vital part of that offering, our specialist non-contentious construction team are now looking to further expand and are keen to hear from associate level candidates to provide close support to the senior members of the team as they concentrate on generating new business and further expanding the practice.

About the role

As a member of the team you will be working closely with the existing construction team partners as well as our London based teams and will take a leading role in the maintenance and development of relationships with a number of key existing clients, as well as assisting with business development activity  to further develop the construction following.

The role can be based at either our Tunbridge Wells or London Victoria office and the successful candidate will enjoy working on an incredibly diverse portfolio of work as the team both supports the full breadth of the property practice whilst also drawing work directly from the construction industry itself. Recent work has included high profile central London projects, mixed-use regeneration and urban renewal schemes, housing projects, and new educational and leisure facilities, as well as acting on behalf of large investment funds and other institutional investors in managing and developing their property portfolios.

About you

If you have some experience as an NQ in construction law and have a strong interest in working with clients to find solutions to their problems,  this is an excellent opportunity to join a prestigious and forward thinking firm. You will be supported by a lively and highly collaborative team and some of the latest technology in a very hands on role allowing you to develop a wide ranging skill set.
