Our real estate development team advises on nationally significant regeneration schemes, mixed use, urban extensions, the purchase and development of strategic land, joint ventures and collaborations and the development and disposal of residential housing.
About the role
Our development team are looking for an associate/senior associate experienced in residential and/or commercial development work including options, promotions, land sales and acquisitions. You will work closely with and be supported by other members of our real estate team from other disciplines including, planning, construction, corporate, and property finance lawyers.
About you
We pride ourselves on making a difference to our clients. Our lawyers are therefore passionate about providing empathic client care and commercially minded legal advice. As a development lawyer, you will be able to leverage past experience running your own case files. A passion for business development and promoting your own personal brand will also be beneficial as well as an interest in legal technology as we look for ways to streamline and reduce the effort to serve our clients.
