Corporate Paralegal

Our transaction services team (based in Tunbridge Wells and part of our corporate division), are looking for a paralegal to join them to assist with a range of corporate transactional work.

About the role

Our corporate team are an award winning group of lawyers who work with a range of high profile clients on exciting and varied work. You would therefore be supported and trained by some of the best corporate legal professionals in the South East.

The role is a fee earning role which includes use of legal tech platforms such as High Q, DocuSign and Della. Our paralegals work as a key part of the team therefore this is a great opportunity to get hands on experience and client exposure

About you

Prior experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate advisory or banking and finance would be fantastic, however we would also consider applications who have had other legal fee-earning experience. If you have had a career break or are thinking about a return to the law we will fully you with training and assistance.

You will receive on-going training and supportive feedback, whilst working amongst collaborative teams with a desire for success.
