Corporate Paralegal

Our transaction services team (based in Tunbridge Wells and part of our corporate division), are looking for an additional paralegal or senior paralegal to join them to assist with a range of corporate transactional work.

Our corporate team are an award winning group of lawyers who work with a range of high profile clients on exciting and varied work. You would therefore be supported and trained by some of the best corporate legal professionals in the South East.

The role will involve a significant element of fee earning work, project management and some administration. The post-holder will work as a key part of the team assigned to the particular matter and ideally some prior knowledge of corporate related legal work is preferable. If you have any knowledge/experience of legal tech platforms such as HighQ, this would be a bonus!
