Risk Assistant

Our Tunbridge Wells based risk & compliance team are looking to hire a risk assistant to join the team. This role will be required to travel to our London and Horsham office occasionally.

About the role

Positioned within a very supportive, knowledgeable team, the role would require you to undertake file filleting for the purpose of providing files to clients or their new solicitors, taking a lead of the firm’s CQS accreditation, management of our lender panel, preparing payment requests for claim and complaint files, opening of claim files and working on individual projects or ad hoc tasks to support the development of the Compliance team’s systems and procedures, amongst other duties.  In return, the role will enable you work with a subject matter experts and be supported in taking creative and innovative approaches to overcoming challenges and refreshing current procedures and awareness.

About you

We are looking for someone who has a strong interest in technology, processes, risk and compliance. Ideally, you will have previous experience in a professional services or customer-focused environment and be able to work independently without constant supervision.
