Failed property investment schemes: Mount Property group claims

With three failed developments between 2021 and 2023, we’re here to help investors from Mount Property Group Investment Schemes recover their losses.

Over the past five years, property investment company Mount Property Group has seen three of its development schemes fall into administration. In turn, investors in the Natex (Liverpool), Vista (Sheffield), Browside (Liverpool) developments have experienced significant financial losses.

Professional negligence specialists

Were you advised by a solicitor during your Mount Property Group investment? Our team have a wealth of experience representing individuals seeking to recover losses from failed investments.

Successfully securing compensation for hundreds of clients, we have the expertise to pursue claims against negligent solicitors and advisors. From failing to disclose the risks associated with the investment structure to providing inadequate advice at the time of purchase, we can help you seek compensation.

Professional negligence claims in the UK are subject to strict statutory time limits and must be issued before the applicable limitation period expires. In most cases, this period is six years from the date of the negligent act, which is usually the date contracts were exchanged or the purchase was completed.

If you exchanged contracts in 2019 or earlier, we strongly encourage you to contact us as a matter of priority. You may be approaching the end of the limitation period, and failing to take action in time could mean that your claim becomes out of time.

Raising your investment negligence claim

In 2021, Natex Student Housing was the first of three failed Mount Property Group developments to go into administration. With limitation periods starting six years from the date of the negligent act or three years from first becoming aware of the potential negligence, it’s important to act quickly if you believe you have a claim.

Simply complete the registration form below to join our group claim investigation. We will ask you to provide the following details:

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Date of investment
  • Amount invested
  • Name of the Mount Property Group project (if known)
  • Outline of your loss or concerns
  • Any supporting documentation

Submitting your details doesn’t mean you’re obligated to proceed with a negligence claim, but it allows us to assess your circumstances and offer bespoke legal advice.

We will pursue the claims under a Conditional Fee Agreement (often known as ‘no win, no fee’). This means our legal fees are payable only if the claim is successful. If the claim succeeds, a success fee will be deducted from any compensation recovered. Certain other costs (such as insurance premiums or disbursements) will be payable by the group and not covered by the Conditional Fee Agreement. Full details will be provided before you are asked to enter into any formal agreement.
