Future Leaders is a relaxed, welcoming network for early‑career professionals who want to grow their confidence, learn new skills and build meaningful connections. Created and run by junior Cripps professionals, it’s a supportive space to take your next steps towards becoming the leaders of tomorrow.
What is Future Leaders?
When you’re early in your career, finding accessible, genuine networking and development opportunities can be difficult. Future Leaders was created to change that.
Since 2017, we’ve brought together junior professionals from across the South East and London to:
- Build confidence in networking
- Learn practical, career boosting skills
- Meet like‑minded people at a similar stage
- Explore the future of different industries
Our events are welcoming, creative, and interactive. They are designed to give you something useful to take back into your work and provide plenty of time to meet others in a friendly environment.
