I am a real estate partner in the London office, specialising in high value and complex development and investment transactions within the retail, leisure and office sectors. 

With over 20 years’ experience, my role includes advising institutional investors, developers and landed estates on the full range of commercial property matters. I have a particular interest in the repurposing and retrofitting of existing building stock as an approach to the decarbonising the built environment and helping clients to overcome the challenges they may face in doing so.

I provide rounded, pragmatic and commercial advice, ensuring that all parties pull in the same direction and take great pleasure from helping clients to curate their property holdings in a way that benefits the wider community.

My experience

Acted for Legal & General on the forward funding of what was at that point the second largest distribution unit in Europe and the UK’s biggest ever single let industrial investment.

Advised AMC Theatre Group on the UK real estate aspects of the £1bn acquisition of Odeon Cinemas Limited.

Acted for the Legal & General Leisure Fund on the forward funding and forward commitment of the leisure elements of the York Community Stadium for York City Football Club and York Knights Rugby League Club.

Acted for Grosvenor in connection with the real estate aspects of the sale of its interest at Liverpool One to LandSec.

Acted for The Portman Estate in relation to on-estate asset management work and off-estate acquisitions for its diversity fund, including the recent letting to Moco Museum on Oxford Street.
