I am an associate in the corporate team, where I work closely with my corporate colleagues to deliver a large variety of corporate work to a broad range of clients.
I advise clients on corporate advisory matters and transactional work, including: acquisitions, disposals, corporate reorganisations and investment work. I work with clients from a variety of sectors, as well as having experience working with clients who run family businesses and those who are larger market leaders.
I work closely with diverse teams to deliver client focused solutions and I enjoy interacting with clients to understand their needs.
