I am an associate in both the property disputes and construction disputes teams, working on a range of construction and property disputes.
I am instructed in relation to both construction and property disputes. On the construction side I am involved in both adjudications and proceedings in the TCC, and regularly provide advice on various JCT and NEC contracts. On the property side I work on a mixture of commercial and residential property disputes. I also provide advice to clients on the Building Safety Act 2022 (BSA) and am involved in cases seeking BSA remedies.
I work with a broad range of clients including landed estates, residential and commercial landlords and tenants, developers, and family offices.
