I am a solicitor in the construction team dealing with all aspects of non-contentious construction in a calm and commercial manner.
I have more than 20 years’ City experience advising a broad range of clients including contractors, developers and funders in all areas of non-contentious construction.
In addition to non-contentious construction, I advise on the construction aspects of commercial documents (such as agreements for lease, development agreements and sales contracts).
I also have considerable experience in due diligence relating to the purchase of commercial buildings, ranging from office blocks to industrial units.
