I’m a non-executive director on the Board, here to bring a fresh pair of eyes and a different perspective and to listen, challenge and support.
My role is to work with the Board to help shape and deliver our strategy, and to support the wider executive team to help make a positive difference to our clients, our people, our community and our planet.
I began my career as a corporate lawyer and have since spent most of my career in and around law firms and other professional services firms, in People and Strategy roles.
I was on the team that led the merger and subsequent integration of CMS, Nabarro and Olswang in 2017, and the book I wrote about everything I learned from that experience was shortlisted for Business Book of the Year in 2019.
These days I have my own leadership advisory business, Altair Advisory LLP, with four partners, and I teach coaching on the Faculty at Meyler Campbell.
