I am a senior associate in the property dispute resolution team. I pride myself on providing clear and practical advice to clients and aim to settle matters wherever possible.
With 20 years’ experience in litigation I have more recently specialised in property disputes. I deal with real estate property disputes, including ownership disputes, rights of way and other easements, and boundary disputes. I also deal with commercial lease disputes including termination of leases, rent arrears and breaches of covenants.
I have a wide range of experience dealing with residential long leases, including disputes with management companies and freeholders. I also deal with residential tenancy matters and can assist with possession claims.
