As an associate in the commercial team, my role includes advising businesses on the full range of commercial matters, having a particular focus on helping businesses navigate complex commercial contracts and to protect and exploit their intellectual property. I have experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating various agreements, including licensing contracts, distribution agreements and supply agreements.
