I am an Associate in the Employment Team where I advise organisations and individuals on a range of employment matters.
My expertise includes working with both organisations and individuals, offering strategic and bespoke advice that aligns with the unique needs of each client.
On the employer side, I advise organisations across a range of sectors on day-to-day HR enquiries including disciplinary and grievance procedures, drafting employment contracts, reviewing policies and advising on tribunal claims.
When acting for employees, I assist individuals with employment related concerns, from settlement agreements to advising on discrimination, whistleblowing and unfair dismissal claims.
