My core role is to deliver the firm’s technology strategy, reimagining the way we deliver services with a client first mentality.
Having spent a large part of my career designing and delivering legal technology solutions, I now lead our programme of innovation, ‘Spark’.
I have a keen interest in what our clients are trying to achieve, making use of business intelligence to signpost investment and innovation opportunities. My passion lies in using design thinking to identify our clients’ challenges and working with them to generate new ways to experience our services.
Oversaw the design and implementation of document automation and transaction management technologies in commercial real estate.
Guided our legal advisors, support and technologists through an innovation process to understand the experience and delivery of services to our residential property clients.
Implemented the replacement of practice, case and relationship management technologies leading a team of analysts and developers working closely with business leaders to reimagine operational processes.
Lead a software development team, building new technology systems and capabilities in line with business needs. Implementing new, collaborative, ways of delivering technology solutions.
Reviewed firmwide and departmental working practices to recommend optimised, cost effective new ways of working. This created centralised services such as billing, document production and client on-boarding.
