As people & employee relations manager, I am responsible for ensuring that all operational processes relating to our partners and people are effective, efficient and accurate.
With over 10 years’ experience in the legal sector, my role at Cripps includes advising partners and managers on a range of HR matters and projects. I am responsible for the implementation of people policies and procedures, alongside ensuring the smooth running of the people team.
I am also an active member of our wellbeing Committee and a qualified mental health first aider.
