Anna Favre named Professional of the Year at ERMAS

Cripps is delighted to share that Anna Favre has won the title of Professional of the Year at the Enfranchisement and Right to Manage Awards (ERMAS) 2023. The ERMAs, now in its 14^th year, recognises excellence in residential real estate and has become a must attend annual event for the sector.

Anna is a partner in our residential estates team, specialising in all aspects of residential landlord and tenant law including asset management, complex leasehold enfranchisement, security of tenure and tribunal proceedings.  Anna is the solicitor member of the advisory committee of the Association of Leasehold Enfranchisement Practitioners (ALEP), and regularly hosts and presents at industry conferences.

Judges praised Anna’s ‘knowledge of the area’, ‘contributions to the sector and wider property industry’ and her ‘commitment to supporting and working with women in the profession’.

Anna commented: “I am delighted and honoured to have been named Professional of the Year at this year’s ERMAS. It has been a significant year for residential property with the much anticipated reform of leasehold expected in this Parliamentary session. Events such as the ERMAS enable us to celebrate the talented individuals and teams contributing to the sector and its development.
