Cripps advises Statom Holdings Limited on acquisition of Franki Foundations UK

Cripps has advised longstanding client Statom Holdings Limited on its acquisition of Franki Foundations UK Limited and its subsidiaries from Belgium-based Franki Foundations Belgium SA.

Franki Foundations UK is a leading specialist in piling and deep foundation solutions with a turnover of more than £40 million. For over 20 years, the business has built a strong reputation for delivering complex foundation packages across the UK, including rotary bored piling, CFA piling, driven piling, retaining walls, mini piling and full foundation packages, supported by in-house design and engineering expertise.

The acquisition strengthens Statom Group’s geotechnical and deep foundation capabilities, aligning with its strategy to expand expertise and deliver large-scale, technically demanding projects across the UK.
