Bells Power Group, headquartered in Kent, is a leading UK provider of integrated power solutions supporting large-scale construction and infrastructure projects in the UK and internationally. The transaction represents the first strategic acquisition for M.C. Dean as it expands its UK and European operations in the power and electrical engineering sector.
Headquartered in Tysons, Virginia, M.C. Dean is a recognised market leader in the delivery of advanced electrical systems and integrated technologies, with particular expertise in mission-critical facilities, secure environments, and complex infrastructure projects.
Cripps advised on all legal aspects of the transaction, providing strategic input from due diligence through to completion.
