Local first-time buyer snaps up Woolacombe’s only pharmacy
PDT (now Cripps) are pleased to have acted for first time buyer Harminder Chaggar on his acquisition of Barton Pharmacy in the highly desirable North Devon coastal village of Woolacombe. As a previous employee at the community pharmacy, we helped him to fulfil a long-lived ambition to take ownership of the pharmacy.
Harminder Chaggar, Barton Pharmacy said: “I am absolutely thrilled to finally make my long-lived ambition a reality and take ownership of Barton Pharmacy. I am excited to embark on this new adventure and introduce new, innovative services that will cater to the evolving needs of our local community. This purchase marks a significant milestone in my career, and I look forward to building on the legacy that my mentor has established over the years. The pharmacy based in Woolacombe was acquired from a sole trader, together with the freehold property. Along with Christie & Co we were instructed to deal with all corporate and property related matters.
