Cripps advises Clear Group on its acquisition of Newman Pearce & Partners LLP

Cripps has advised Clear Group (Holdings) Limited (Clear) on its acquisition of Newman Pearce & Partners LLP (NPP), a specialist Lloyd’s wholesale broker with a Canadian subsidiary operating an MGA business. Cripps worked closely with Clear and its advisers throughout the transaction, which aligned with Clear’s continued strategy of expanding its specialist capabilities and international reach.
