I am a paralegal in the transaction services team, in the corporate department, where I assist on transactions and provide ad-hoc support.
My role includes efficiently delivering the due diligence process which includes managing data rooms, supporting our clients with the heavy information gathering process and drafting disclosure documents.
I also assist in running our company secretarial service, where my role involves providing ad-hoc support to our clients and drafting documents.
I work closely with our corporate lawyers, enabling me to expand my knowledge and provide our clients with the best possible legal support.
