I am a senior associate within the commercial real estate team at Cripps. I particularly enjoy dealing with asset management work, including commercial lettings.
Specialising in commercial property, I largely deal with retail lettings for landlords on their investment portfolios. I advise on the full spectrum of issues associated with property management with a view to assisting my clients to realise the best from their assets.
I enjoy working on new lettings to both large corporate tenants as well as independent high street retailers. I also enjoy working on projects with many moving parts, negotiating and advancing my client’s position and helping them to achieve their goals.
Clients appreciate my determination to get a transaction completed, delivering on their objectives, while remaining positive and motivated throughout.
