Construction webinar: The new JCT – as easy as ABC, or is it?
In the third of our continuing series of online construction panel discussions, our construction specialists James Lee and Iain Benson will be:
- discussing the changes made to the 2024 JCT Design & Build Contract with a focus on those changes made to reflect the requirements of the new building safety legislation; and
- taking a closer look at the duty holder regime and competency requirements under the new building safety regime.
