In addition, Katie Haylock led two demergers for the family and the pre-sale group restructuring included Katie and Meg Harold working closely alongside New Romney Holiday Park’s financial and tax advisors, Grant Thornton UK. The trading business (the caravan park) was separated from other non-core assets owned by the company by way of a reduction of capital demerger. The Cripps’ team worked together to project manage the various aspects of this complex transaction through to completion.

Commenting on the transaction, Sian Hunter, said: “As a long-standing client of Cripps, they really understood our business and we value the ability to navigate the intricacies of the group reorganisation and sale process. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Cripps to other business owners looking to sell.”
