Cripps advises The Reefer Group on the acquisition of Paneltex Limited

Cripps has advised French group, The Reefer Group SAS, and its UK subsidiary, Reefer Group UK Ltd, on its strategic acquisition of Paneltex Limited, a UK-based manufacturer of temperature-controlled vehicle bodies and portable cold stores. The group has operations in France and Spain, this transaction is the first industrial foray of The Reefer Group into the UK market, reaffirming the group’s international ambitions.

Cripps provided strategic legal and commercial advice throughout the process, drawing on its decades of experience in complex, cross-border transactions.
