Cripps advise on the sale of Leeds Montessori to Bright Stars Nursery Group

Cripps’ corporate team has advised Anooj Kotecha on the sale of Leeds Montessori Ltd to Bright Stars Nursery Group Limited.

Leeds Montessori operates the Leeds Montessori School & Day Nursery at Wetherby Road in Leeds, which achieved a top five finalist placement in the Nursery World Awards 2020 for Individual Nursery of the Year and Pre-School of the Year. Under Anooj’s ownership, the setting also reached an ‘Outstanding’ Ofsted status, demonstrating the high standard of teaching, learning and development provided.

The Cripps team, which was led by Julie Hughes and included Lauren Romo and Emma Brittain, advised on all corporate aspects of the transaction, working alongside Nick Brown at Christie & Co.
