We advised on the sale of a family-owned group of five childcare nurseries, Future path Childcare, to Grandir UK, an expanding French childcare operator.
We advised Puddleducks Holdings on its acquisition of Oakland Hall Day Nursery Limited in Ipswich and on their acquisition of Butterfly Barns.
We acted for the owners of Scribbles in East Finchley on their sale (including the grant of a new lease) to Family First.
