Cripps advises Harrow School on new international partner
Cripps’ corporate team has advised its client Harrow School, as they enter a new partnership with Amity Education Group.
This partnership widens the access to Harrow education by opening a new group of Harrow International Schools that will help to increase bursary funding in the UK. Harrow International School Bengaluru in India and Harrow International School New York in the USA will open in September 2023. They will be privately and independently owned and operated by Amity, India’s leading international education group, and will reflect Harrow’s educational purpose, practice, strategy and philosophy in a way that is tailored to the needs of their particular pupils.
The Cripps team, which included Andrew Millett, Elliot Fry and Phil Bilney, drafted and negotiated all contract documents with Amity Education Group.
